No, never. All video and audio streams are transmitted in real-time through encrypted Agora RTC channels. We do not record, store, or monitor your video conversations.
You can immediately tap the Red End Call button to disconnect, or use the Report button to flag inappropriate behavior. Reported users undergo automatic account suspension.
During any active video call, tap the magic sparkle button at the bottom bar to open the Effects Panel. You can switch between 3D clay sunglasses, crowns, bunny ears, butterflies, and cinematic color filters instantly.
Camera and Microphone access are strictly necessary to capture your live video and voice so the connected peer can see and hear you during the call. These permissions are never used when you are not in an active call.

To deliver real-time random video chat, we access and process the following information:
- Camera & Microphone Permissions: Used exclusively during live video calls to capture real-time video and audio transmitted directly to your matched peer. We do not store or record these streams.
- Anonymous User Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID used to connect matchmaking queues and track basic usage stats (such as calls made).
- Device & Network Information: Basic device model, OS version, and network connection type (Wi-Fi/Cellular) to optimize video quality and latency through Agora RTC.
2. Third-Party Services & SDKs
Our app incorporates trusted third-party SDKs that process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Agora RTC Engine: Facilitates low-latency encrypted peer-to-peer and relayed video streaming. Agora does not store video content. (Agora Privacy Policy)
- Google AdMob: Serves personalized and non-personalized advertisements to support free access to the app. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (GAID) to deliver ads. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Firebase (Auth & Cloud Firestore): Handles anonymous user authentication and temporary matchmaking queue room synchronization.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for:
- Connecting random video calling sessions between two willing users.
- Applying real-time visual effects and 3D AR masks.
- Enforcing community safety rules, preventing spam, and blocking malicious accounts.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
Temporary matchmaking queue data is automatically deleted immediately when a call begins or when a user cancels search. We do not retain call logs or user communication content on our servers.
5. Children's Privacy (Strict 18+ Requirement)
Random Call is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the app, their access is terminated immediately.
